I’m Sera Lilly

I’ll be honest. I’ve struggled with weight issues for so many years and I’ve tried all the diets, the pills, and the shakes. But things changed last year after the birth of my fifth baby.

My bowel ruptured and I developed peritonitis and had part of my bowel removed.

My goal now is to eat healthy and become as fit as I can. And for me, being fit involves not just physical fitness, but also mental well-being. I’ve learnt that losing weight is not about rapid weight loss.
