¾ cup fresh mango, chopped into small chunks

½ cup of Vitacoco Coconut water

2 tbsp chia seeds

Squeeze of lime juice

Top with: chia seeds and coconut chips

  1. In a high speed blender, process the chopped mango and coconut until smooth.
  2. Once smooth, add the chia seeds, and lime juice to taste. Process one final time until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour into a glass, and top with additional chia seeds and coconut chips if desired.
